Creamed Tuna on Toast

2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can Tuna, not drained


Heat butter in saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Mix with fork. Cook over low heat, add milk, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Add Tuna. Toast 6 slices of bread and butter. Place on plate and pour Tuna mixture over toast. Serve with salad and vegetables.
