Elbow Macaroni Tuna Cheese Salad

8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1 (7 oz.) can drained & flaked Tuna
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 lb. American cheese, cut in strips
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Toss cooked macaroni with remaining ingredients.

Makes 4 servings
