Tuna Au Gratin

2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna, drained & flaked
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup pimiento, chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Combine first 5 ingredients. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or thoroughly heated.


Serves 4
