Get a thinny

4 oz. Tuna, drained
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. onion flakes, dehydrated
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 oz. can tomato juice
1 can French style green beans drained, size 16 oz.

Brown Tuna in a non-stick skillet with lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until tomato juice is almost absorbed.
