Curried Tuna

1 (7 oz.) can white Tuna (water packed), drained and flaked
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Makes about two cups; six sandwiches or may serve on lettuce leaves.
