Sea Food Loaf

2 cups (2 - 6 or 7 oz. cans) Tuna
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup (small can) evaporated milk or cream


Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes in 9"x5" pan.
