Tuna Casserole

6 oz Noodles
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped pimento or sweet red or green pepper
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Chopped celery
1 cn (6-7 oz) tuna (preferably in water)
1 cn Campbell's cream of celery soup
1/2 c Milk
4 oz Velveeta processed cheese


Cook the noodles and combine with the next 5 ingredients. Mix the soup and milk, and heat and stir to melt the velveeta into it. Pour the soup mixture over the noodle mixture and stir to combine. Cook in a 350F oven about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
