Spinach and Tuna Soup

4 onions, slice thin
1 Tbsp. oil
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded spinach
2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna (packed in water), drain and flake
Pepper to taste

In saucepan saute onions in oil until tender. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil. Add spinach and Tuna and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
