Tuna Loaf

2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna
1 egg
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 cup crushed crackers (or chow mein noodles)
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped


In a large bowl, combine Tuna, egg and soup mix. Bake in a loaf pan for 30 minutes at 350 F.


Serves 4
