Open Faced Tuna Melts

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained, flaked
4 Velveeta slices, cut in half diagonally
Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 Tbsp. finely chopped carrot
2 English muffins, split, toasted
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Combine Tuna, 1/4 cup salad dressing, vegetables and pepper; mix lightly. Spread muffin halves with additional salad dressing. Cover with Tuna mixture; top with cheese. Broil until cheese begins to melt.
