Open Faced Grilled Tuna and Cheese Sandwich

2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
2 oz. of Star-Kist Tuna in spring water
2 tsp. minced celery
1 slice wheat bread, lightly toasted
1/4 medium dill pickle, thinly sliced (about 4 slices)
1 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice. Stir in Tuna and celery. Cover toast with pickle slices, then Tuna mixture. Top with cheese and broil 14 inches from heat until cheese melts.
