Macaroni Tuna Salad

3 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
1/4 cup evaporated milk (undiluted)
1/2 cup salad dressing (your choice)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 cups small shell macaroni, cooked
2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna, drained
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup pimento, chopped
2 eggs, hard cooked & chopped

Stir lemon juice (you may use 1 or 2 tablespoons) into evaporated milk until milk thickens; add salad dressing, pepper and dry mustard. Mix well. Combine salad dressing mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Toss lightly until well mixed. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
