Luncheon Tuna Mold

1 package lemon Jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can Tuna, drained and flaked
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
2 Tbsp. sliced pimento stuffed olives
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper


Dissolve Jello in water; add vinegar and salt. Mix well and chill. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spoon into lightly greased 9 inch square pan; chill. Cut into squares to serve.


Any of these ingredients can be added: 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup green pepper
