Linguine with Tuna and Black Olives

1 can solid white albacore Tuna in water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 cup pitted small black olives, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. capers (optional)
1 lb. linguine
Salt & pepper to taste


Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic and saute.


Add tomato sauce and 1 cup water. Add flaked Tuna and olives, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring sauce to a boil, uncovered, and then simmer with pan partially covered for 10 minutes.


Cook linguine according to package instructions. Serve with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
