Italian Tuna Pie

1 9" pastry shell (not baked)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. instant onion
5 eggs
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1/2 tsp. crushed basil
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano


Use a 9 inch pie pan. Preheat oven to 425 F. Prepare pie shell. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and milk together until blended. Stir in drained Tuna, grated mozzarella, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and instant onion. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
