California Tuna Salad

1/2 c Chopped scallions
15 oz White beans, canned -- (cannellini)
15 oz Red kidney beans, canned
2 tb Olive oil
1 tb Garlic -- finely minced
1/4 c Salsa
1 ts Dried basil
2 cn Tuna in water -- (6.5oz ea)

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the tuna; stir well. Add the tuna chunks and mix until evenly coated. Coated and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
