Grilled Tuna Cheddar Sandwiches

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can 60% less salt Tuna packed in water, drained
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. (1 1/2 oz.) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
2 tsp. diced pimiento
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. low sodium Worcestershire sauce
4 slices whole wheat bread
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine Tuna and next seven ingredients; stir well. Spread Tuna mixture evenly over 2 slices of bread; top with remaining bread slices. Transfer sandwiches to a sandwich press or hot griddle that has been coated with cooking spray. Cook until bread is lightly browned and cheese is slightly melted.

Yield: 2 servings
