Grilled Cheese and Tuna Sandwiches

6 1/8 oz. Tuna, drained & flaked
1/4 cup pitted chopped ripe olives
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
4 slices of cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 slices bread


Preheat griddle. In medium bowl, combine Tuna, olives, celery, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with cheese slices and remaining bread. Spread butter on both sides of sandwiches. Grill about 5 minutes on each side or until browned.


Makes 4 sandwiches
