Family Size Tuna Melt

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup milk
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. sweet relish
6 slices American cheese (3 1/2" square each)


Heat oven to 450 F. Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface floured with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat into rectangle, 12"x8", on greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese. Spread over hot rectangle. Top with cheese slices. Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
