Easy Cheesy Tuna and Shells

8 oz. shells, uncooked
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed & drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Dash pepper
Dash nutmeg
1 can Tuna well drained


Prepare shells according to directions; drain. In skillet melt butter. Add vegetables and garlic and cook until tender. In medium bowl blend soup and milk. Add to vegetables. Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT shells and Tuna. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Stir in shells and Tuna. Heat through.
