Crunchy Tuna Salad

2 (6.5 oz.) can white Tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Combine mayonnaise, onion, relish, lemon juice, mustard, and curry powder. Add Tuna mixture, stirring well. Cover and chill.
