Creamed Tuna on Rice

3 cups cooked rice
2 cans chunk Tuna
2 cups milk
4 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste


Cook rice according to directions on package. While cooking prepare sauce as follows:


Melt margarine in top of double boiler over hot water. Add flour, salt, pepper and paprika stirring until blended and smooth. Remove from stove. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until smooth. Then add Tuna and heat thoroughly.


Pour creamed Tuna over bed of cooked rice. Garnish with chopped parsley, grated cheese or chopped olives if you wish.


Serves 6
