Cranberry Tuna Salad

2 cups Tuna
2 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 cup chopped, stuffed olives
1 package Knox gelatin, dissolved
1 cup celery, diced
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup cold water

Add 1/2 cup hot water to gelatin. Mix all ingredients and let set 20 minutes.

Cranberry Top:

Beat 1 can cranberry jelly until liquid. Add 1 package lemon Jello dissolved in 3/4 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup orange juice. Pour over Tuna mixture.
