Chop Stick Tuna

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can (2 cups) chow mein noodles
1 (6 1/2 or 9 1/4 oz.) minced can of Tuna
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup salted toasted cashews
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 small can mandarin orange sections (optional)

Combine soup and 1/4 cup water. Add 1 cup chow mein noodles, Tuna, celery, cashews and onions. Toss lightly. Place in ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with mandarin orange sections if desired.

Serves 4-5. To double bake in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 pan for 25 minutes.
