Cholesterol Free Tuna Spread

1/2 cup Egg Beaters
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) Tuna fish - water drained
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. no cholesterol mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Kings cholesterol free sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Spray skillet with no stick and heat. Mix Egg Beaters with skim milk. Add to skillet when done. Let cool. In another mixing bowl, mash water-drained Tuna, add chopped onions and mix well. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Mix. Add cooled Egg Beaters, mix well.

Spread on crackers, toast, party rye or muffins. Add grated Mozzarella cheese or a slice of cheese and put in microwave, just to melt the cheese. Can also add 1/2 cup chick peas mashed to the Tuna and add more sour cream if needed.
