Chinese Tuna Salad

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna
1 package frozen green peas
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 cup chow mein noodles


Drain Tuna, break into pieces. Add cooked and cooled peas, celery and onions to Tuna. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, garlic salt and soy sauce. Add to the Tuna mixture. Chill. At serving time, lightly stir in almonds and noodles.
