Chinese Tuna

2 (7 oz.) cans chunks style Tuna, drained & flaked
1 package small white onions, frozen
1 (8 oz.) can sweet peas
1 stalk thinly sliced celery
Dash salt
Dash black pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 thinly sliced red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Dash ginger

Heat skillet. Melt butter and saute onions and celery until soft but not browned. Add sweet peas and bell pepper. Saute lightly. Add Tuna and soy sauce. Mix lightly. Heat until casserole is heated through.
