Chinese Cashew Tuna

1 (7 oz.) can Tuna, drained & flaked
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles


Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles in crock pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 4 to 9 hours, high 2 to 3 hours. Serve over chow mein noodles.


Can substitute 1 cup diced, cooked chicken for the Tuna.
