Cheese tuna Muffins

1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can Tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese or other cheese such as Monterey Jack or mild cheddar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 muffins, split and lightly toasted

Mix together Tuna, 3/4 cup cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons filling on each muffin. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of remaining cheese on each muffin. Broil about 3 minutes, 3 inches from source of heat or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
