Big Tuna Roll

Dough:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup shortening
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk


Mix together flour, salt, baking powder. Cut in shortening until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg and 1/2 cup milk. Mix until dough follows fork around bowl. Roll 1/4" thick on lightly floured surface.


Tuna Filling:
1 (6 oz.) can Tuna
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt


Combine in order. Spread this mix over pastry dough and shape into a roll. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 425 F for 30 minutes. Serve with a cheese sauce.
