Big puffy Tuna

1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 cup flour
3 large eggs
1 standard can Tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. heavy cream

In a medium saucepan, combine milk, butter, salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Add flour all at once, mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until no lumps remain. Stir in eggs, one at a time, blending well after each. Stir in Tuna and half the Swiss cheese.

Spread batter in a greased 9 inch pie plate. Brush the top with beaten egg, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake on the middle level of a 325 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes until puffed and brown.
