Barbecued Tuna

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna, drained

Saute onion in oil in a large skillet until tender. Add next 10 ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Add Tuna, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice, noodles or hamburger buns.

Serves 6 to 8
