Barbecue Tuna

2 cans Tuna (7 oz.)
2 Tbsp. Tuna oil
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
8 hamburger rolls

Drain Tuna, preserving oil. Break Tuna into large pieces. Cook onion in oil until tender in a large kettle over low heat. Add remaining ingredients except Tuna. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Split rolls and toast in oven. Place 1/2 cup mixture inside each roll. Good and easy, too!!!
