Baked Tuna Pasta and Cheese

1 cup elbow macaroni
1 can Tuna
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
5 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni and drain. Drain Tuna fish. Mix macaroni and Tuna in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Melt margarine, add one of the tablespoons of melted margarine to the bread crumbs and mix well. With the rest of the margarine put into a saucepan on low heat and add the flour, stirring constantly, then add milk, salt, pepper and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil, boil one minute. Reduce heat and add cheese, stir until melted. Pour cheese sauce over Tuna and macaroni, toss to mix. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over top. Bake at 325 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
