Baked Tuna Sandwiches

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
8 slices bread
1 (7 oz.) can Tuna
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 cup butter

Combine eggs, milk and salt. Dip bread into mixture and set on waxed paper to allow liquid to absorb. Combine Tuna, cheese, celery and onion. Spread onto 4 slices of bread and top with other 4 slices.

Melt butter in baking dish. Place sandwiches in pan, turning to coat both sides with butter. Bake at 350 F until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Serves 4
