Baked Tuna Chow Mein

6 oz. chow mein noodles
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced pimiento
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1/2 can milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning
1 cup cashew nuts
2 cans drained Tuna
2 Tbsp. butter

Saute onion, celery and green pepper for 20 minutes in 2 tablespoons butter and rest of ingredients except Tuna. Stir well. Fold in Tuna. Garnish with a few more noodles. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 45 minutes.
