Baked Tuna Balls

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained and flaked
1 egg
1 1/2 cups fine dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup melted margarine

Combine Tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, mustard, and poultry seasoning. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in crumbs. Dip in margarine. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
