Cheese Quesadillas with Tuna

6 Flour tortillas
1 c Monterey jack cheese
1 lg Can tuna
6 tb Diced chilies
6 tb Red peppers
6 tb Diced black olives

Preheat oven to 350.

Lay tortilla on large baking pan. Sprinkle layer of jack cheese over half. Sprinkle some tuna over cheese. Dot with 1 tablespoon chili, 1 tablespoon roasted pepper & 1 tablespoon black olives. Fold. Repeat with other 5 tortillas. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes. Serve cut into wedges with salsa.

Approximately 6-18 minutes.
