Wild Rice - Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

2 c Cooked wild rice
1 cn (12 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1/2 c Chopped celery
1/2 c Diced onions
6 lg Ripe tomatoes (up to 8)

Combine rice, tuna, onion, and celery in a bowl with enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients loosely together. Season to taste and chill. Prepare tomatoes by turning stme end down, cut down, but not quite through, making a total of 6 wedges. Spoon stuffing into tomatoes. Garnish and serve. Serves 6-8
