Albacore Fettucine

4 cups broccoli or 10 oz. package broccoli cuts
1/2 lb. fettucine
1 can (12 1/2 oz.) or 2 cans (6 1/8 oz.) solid white Tuna in water
1 cup low fat Ricotta cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasonings


Boil broccoli in water until tender. Remove with slotted spoon and place in bowl.


Add fettucine to same pot of boiling water. Cook until tender; drain. Add to broccoli. Mix in Tuna.


Combine remaining ingredients. Cook in same pot, stirring until sauce is heated through. Add salt and pepper. Pour sauce over pasta mixture and toss.
