Poke Aku - Shoyu Style

2 lb Aku (skipjack tuna)
3 tb Fresh ginger root; grated
1/2 c Green onions; chopped
1/2 c Shoyu (soy sauce)
2 tb Toasted sesame seeds; ground

Cut aku into 1/2" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving. Makes about 5 cups.
